This section will take you through our Journey which started in July of 2014 under a tent at our 1st location while starting to do events and Wednesday night club locations. This lead us to getting a Food Trailer 6 months later and our journey through that process was fun, exciting and a little stressful but allowed us to have an official Grand Opening in January of 2015.  However a little while after the Grand Opening we had the pleasure of  having Sam Cassell visit our truck. We also cooked for Nicole Murphy as she promoted her new wine line at one of the local clubs, which lead to doing more events, weddings, location stops and now to upgrading to a new food truck. Our new truck is in the process of being built now from scratch,  which will lead to another Celebration that we will call the CELEBRATION OPENING OF HARBOR'S CAJUN STATION NEW FOOD TRUCK which will take place towards the end of February 2017.  So keep watching us and our Journey we aren't done yet because The Owner has enrolled in school to get her Associate Degree in Culinary Arts so that she can be a Top Chef which she is hoping can lead to being able to open up a store front location while keeping the truck for festivals and events. Harbor's Cajun Station is definitley a work in progress so watch us grow and check out some of our videos and pictures throughout our site.
